• Members are responsible for their own access cards, keys, or digital passes. Lost or stolen access items may be subject to replacement fees.
• Penguins Coworking reserves the right to restrict access if payment is overdue or if a member breaches these terms.

 

2. Use of Space

• The coworking space must be used for lawful business, creative, or professional purposes only.
• Members should respect the shared environment—noise, cleanliness, and consideration for others are expected at all times.
• Smoking, illegal activities, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

• All fees must be paid in advance or as agreed in your membership plan.
• Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to Penguins Coworking’s refund and cancellation policies.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

4. Internet & Technology

• Internet access is provided for work purposes only. Members are expected to use it responsibly and not engage in illegal downloads, hacking, or excessive bandwidth use.
• Penguins Coworking is not liable for data loss, interruptions, or security breaches that may occur while using our network.

 

5. Personal Belongings & Security

• Members are responsible for their own belongings. Penguins Coworking is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Lockers may be provided (subject to availability). Members are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately.

 

6. Meeting Rooms & Facilities

• Meeting rooms must be booked in advance. Please respect booking times to avoid inconveniencing other members.
• Facilities should be left clean and in good condition after use.

 

7. Conduct & Community

• Penguins Coworking promotes a professional and respectful community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• The management reserves the right to terminate memberships of individuals who violate community standards or these terms.

 

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Penguins Coworking provides workspace facilities but does not guarantee uninterrupted services.
• Members agree to use the space at their own risk and indemnify Penguins Co-Working from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the facilities.

 

9. Changes to Terms

• Penguins Coworking may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
